Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using StyleSync, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes. Minimum age: StyleSync is for users aged 16 and over.

Service Description

StyleSync provides AI-powered visual search tools that help you find fashion items similar to those in uploaded images. We aggregate product listings from third-party retailers and are not responsible for the accuracy of retailer information.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including uploading harmful content, attempting to reverse-engineer our AI systems, using the service for unauthorized commercial purposes, or violating any applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of StyleSync are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of images you upload but grant us a license to process them for service delivery.

Disclaimers

StyleSync is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy of product matches or pricing information. Product availability and prices are determined by third-party retailers and may change without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StyleSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including purchases made through affiliate links.

Community Content & Moderation

StyleSync's Community feed lets users share outfits, like posts, follow each other, and discover style ideas. To keep it safe and useful, every user agrees to these content rules:

• No hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, or targeted abuse of any person or group.
• No nudity, sexually explicit content, or content sexualizing minors — zero tolerance.
• No spam, scams, misleading commercial claims, or impersonation of other people, brands, or StyleSync staff.
• No content depicting real-world violence, self-harm, dangerous activities, or illegal substances.
• No infringement of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights — only post photos you own or have the right to share.

Every post in the Community feed has a Report button (More menu → Report). Reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours and abusive content is removed. You can also Block any user from the same menu — their content will be hidden from your feeds immediately.

We may remove content, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules. Repeat offenders, users posting illegal content, and accounts created to circumvent bans face immediate permanent removal. We cooperate with law enforcement where required by applicable law.
